Since opening in 2007, Harrah’s has been a strong community presence in the City of Chester and a steady supporter of DCLC. The generous gift will help DCLC to continue offering remote and in-person classes in adult basic education, English as a Second Language (ESL), and GED preparation to adults in Delaware County.
